Because our products fall into two different categories—instant digital files and physical goods—our policy addresses each uniquely.
Digital Products (Coloring Pages, Ebooks, Printables)
All sales of our digital downloads are generally final, as you gain immediate access to the files upon purchase. However, we believe in supporting our community when issues arise.

To Request Assistance for Digital Products: Please email us at support@gracelanddigital.com within 14 days of purchase, providing your order number and a clear description (including screenshots, if possible) of the technical issue.
Physical Products (Books, Merchandise, Shipped Goods)
We understand that physical goods may occasionally arrive damaged or not as expected.

Important Note on Physical Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, and in original packaging).
- Please contact support@gracelanddigital.com before shipping any item back to receive a required Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RA number may be delayed or rejected.
Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Customized or personalized physical products.
- Gift cards.
- Digital downloads that have been accessed and do not meet the criteria listed above.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
