Because digital files are delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, your satisfaction matters to us! If you run into any issues with your files, please send us a message through our Contact page, and we will do our absolute best to make it right.
What if my link expires or I lose my files down the road?
Don’t worry at all! If your 7-day download window closes or your computer crashes, just reach out to us with your order number. We will gladly reset your link so you can grab your files safely.
How can I pay for my order?

Can you print and ship these items to me?
We only sell instant digital downloads, so no physical items will be shipped to your home. This keeps costs low for you and means you get to start coloring or creating the very same day!
What type of paper works best for the coloring pages?
For the best coloring experience, we highly recommend using bright white cardstock or heavyweight paper (60lb / 160gsm or higher). This prevents markers, gel pens, or watercolors from bleeding through the page!
Do you take custom design requests?
